Cancellation conditions
All stays can be cancelled free of charge up to 8 weeks before the arrival date.
8 weeks to 1 week before arrival we charge 80% of the whole amount. In the last week before arrival we charge 90%.
In case of a COVID-19 illness you can not cancel free of charge.
We recommend a cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Local tax
€ 3,20 per person and night
Children less than 15 years are freed from the tourist tax.
Arrival and departure
Check-in: from 3 p.m.
Check-out: by 10:30 a.m.
Prepayment
30% prepayment until one month before arrival via bank transfer.
Payment
Please settle you bill no later than one day before departure.
We accept cash, EC Card und MasterCard.
Booking
Your booking is only confirmed by receiving a written mail from our side.
Children's discount for children staying in the room of the parents
- Children unter 3 years: -100%
- Children from 3 to 6: -50%
- Children from 6 to 12 Jahre: -30%
- Extra bed: -10%
Smoking/Non Smoking
In all rooms smoking is not allowed.
Dogs
Dogs are allowed on request (€ 15,00 per day).
Cancellation
By making the reservation, you accept the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) that apply to us. In the event of departure before the scheduled day of departure, or in the event of belated arrival, the room price will be charged (not including local tax or breakfast).We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Single room surcharge
We charge a single room surcharge of € 35,00 per day.
In winter in the main season we charge 80% single room surcharge.
Short-term stay
For stays of 4 days and less we calculate a surcharge of € 8,00 per day and person.
Bed and Breakfast
If you book a room without half-board, you pay € 11,00 per day less.
Room without balcony
We deduct € 4,00 for rooms without a balcony
E-charging station / E-filling station
Since summer 2021 you can easily charge your electric car directly at the hotel. Our e-charging station has two connections. You can pay directly at the station with your charging card or credit card.
